For the first time ever, four Karen refugees, who escaped Burma (now called Myanmar), are telling the harrowing stories of their escape to the United States. They hope to raise awareness of the genocidal ethnic cleansing instigated by the Burmese military regime. Today, they find refuge at local community farms that remind their people of home. Special thanks to our refugees, Oaky Grove Community Farm, and Transplanting Traditions Community farm for inviting us into their stories.
